GeneralTab: add animation speed slider
Workspace: set activeWindow to always collapsed except for hover
Misc: replaced a lot of animations with Style.animationXYZ

LemmyCook a10d55e7f5 Bar widgets: modular loading refactoring via BarWidgetRegistry+NWidgetLoader 
- Hot reload is working again.
- Should also be more memory efficient on multi monitors.

- deleted NCard, we already have NBox
- assign a color to each widget for better overview when moving stuff
around
