6f9a1496a3
Added PreviousFileName property to GitHubCommitFile. This property is returned from the GitHub API when a file was modified. Check https://api.github.com/repos/octokit/octokit.net/commits/997e955f for an example of returning a commit containing file renames.

Repository name is required when creating a repo
...
I was trying to create a repository and I wasn't sure which parameters
were required. Following our philosophy of exposing required parameters
in the constructor, I change the `NewRepository` object to take in a
repository name and to make that property readonly.
