Subject: [PATCH] [fix] onLayout calculation

The 0.0.69 release introduced a regression in UIManager's measurement
calculations.

Using `offset` properties returns the offset relative to the closest
positioned ancestor. Make `getRect` iterate over the ancestor chain.
