Darius CepulisandClaude Opus 4.6 f09c6861c1 fix(react): move @videojs/icons to devDependencies

Icons are bundled into dist/ at build time as relative imports, so
consumers don't need @videojs/icons installed separately. Keeping it
as a runtime dependency caused ETARGET errors because the alpha version
wasn't published to npm.
