a338adcf22 patch 8.0.1449: slow redrawing with DirectX
Problem:    Slow redrawing with DirectX.
Solution:   Avoid calling gui_mch_flush() unnecessarily, especially when
            updating the cursor. (Ken Takata, closes #2560)
