Darius CepulisandClaude Opus 4.6 f09c6861c1 fix(react): move @videojs/icons to devDependencies 
Icons are bundled into dist/ at build time as relative imports, so
consumers don't need @videojs/icons installed separately. Keeping it
as a runtime dependency caused ETARGET errors because the alpha version
wasn't published to npm.

Darius CepulisandClaude Opus 4.6 1cab75c2ef feat(cd): switch to npm trusted publishers 
Replace NPM_TOKEN with OIDC-based trusted publishing. Bump Node to
24 LTS (bundles npm 11 which supports OIDC). Add @videojs/store and
@videojs/element to release-please config.
