Two decision docs for the live-HLS timeline work: - mse-timestamp-offset — native-PTS default for live; timestampOffset reserved for relocation (the manifest→buffer / encoded layer). - live-timeline-anchoring — align demuxed tracks and recover turnover via PDT, not sequence number (the manifest layer).
